Five Bullets 1.30.26: January Roundup
What's capturing my attention this month: Bob Dylan, Freedom, The Other One, and AI.
Hi Friends -
Happy Friday! We’ve reached the end of the month which means it’s a chance to reflect on the month past and the month ahead. Here’s what captured my attention this January:

This week I discovered the Proust Questionnaire, a series of questions designed to reveal your true personality, made famous by writer Marcel Proust. The questions are interesting so I thought I’d give it a shot. Here are my answers to 35 Questions: The Proust Questionnaire.
Earlier this month I wrote about my 50 Favorite Things From Last Year. If you’re hoping to read more this year, I shared my 10 Ways To Love Reading. And because we’re in a new era and transparency is essential, I defined my Circles In Space AI Policy.
In case you missed it, here are this month’s Five Bullets:
The ‘Best Of’ this month:
Books: Dylan Goes Electric by Elijah Wald.
Music: Check out my January playlist.
Movies: Seymour Hersh documentary Cover-Up.
Shows: Severance lives up to the hype. Writer Dan Erickson said he wrote it during his corporate job lunch breaks.
And lastly, some good news to close out the month: Indonesia banned elephant rides. The elephant riding industry causes harm and trauma to these intelligent creatures and the ban is a historic victory for animal rights.
Borrowing from the Proust Questionnaire, what was your greatest achievement this month? Email me by hitting reply or by leaving a comment below.
Have a great weekend,
Keith
